1. Appearance - Your dress and grooming should be appropriate for the standards of the job. Your behaviors should be polite, professional, and confident. It is important to get along with your co-workers and supervisor. Work hard to develop and maintain good communication skills. Keep your paperwork complete and accurate.

2. Dependability - Your employer and co-workers are counting on you to be on time. Be responsible. Follow rules. Make no excuses. Seek out new and additional assignments that demonstrate initiative. Be flexible. Go the extra mile.

3. Skills - Use your skills to the best of your ability. Realize you may need to develop new skills and be willing to pursue this goal. Volunteer to upgrade your skills and share your knowledge with others.
