Peek's Park is a beautiful city park is located on North College Street, on land donated by Captain J.A. Peek. It contains tennis courts, picnic areas and state-of-the-art playground, fully funded and constructed by local citizens and volunteers. Rosehill Cemetery-Gazebo - The gazebo was constructed in 1891 and is now considered one of Rockmart's most recognizable historic landmarks. The cemetery site also offers a spectacular view across Rockmart. Phone: 770-684-8760 - Location: Elm Street, Rockmart Georgia 30153
Seaborn Jones Memorial Park is in the middle of downtown Rockmart along the banks of the Euharlee Creek. The name Euharlee comes from the Cherokee or Creek Indians and means "she laughs as she runs." Silver Comet Trail is 26 miles in length. This incredible trail has clearly 'blazed' its way to a brand new level of participation and family enjoyment. The open section(Marvell Road in Smyrna due west to Downtown Rockmart). Then the newest secton completed (From the intersection of Hwy 278 and Hwy 100 in Cedartown to the Alabama State line) is packed with bikers, hikers, skaters and horseback riders. Lots more coming..soon part of 101 mile Atlanta to Alabama Trail.

The Big Spring was the site of a ballground and ceremonial dance ground of the Cherokee Indian natives until the early 1800s. It is the second largest limestone spring in the South and produces an average of 12 million gallons of water per day. The Rock Campground and RV Park is the only full-service campground on The Silver Comet Trail. The campground is visited by thousands of boy and girl scouts each year. It is one of Polk GA`s biggest drawing card for The Silver Comet Trail. Tourist visit here by the thousands year round. Open: 24-7.
